Happy Birthday Adi!

No birthday is complete without Birthday Cereal!
We had an ice cream party at school with
all the toppings a kid could want
This is Adi with Mrs. Sargent
Mrs Sargent has been great to help Adi fit in as much as possible.  Adi is the shortest kid in class and has a hard time sitting at the lunch tables and being able to see her food.  As a result Adi has not really been eating any of her lunch so Mrs. Sargent has sat her on her lap so she can eat without being embarrassed from having to be the only kid sitting in a booster.  What a great teacher!

As we were leaving the class I got to experience what Mrs Sargent calls the most animated part of her school day....  When Adi knew she was about to leave (I was holding her) she turned around and said "goodbye everyone!"  To which the class replied "bye Adi" in unison.  This kid is now 5 years old, 27 pounds, and a little fragile but her little body is as jammed packed full of personality and spunk as they come.  Love this little girl and feel so grateful to be her mom!

Yes it is a karaoke machine which they rocked out on all night long
The night ended with an impromptu tea party ... what a perfect day!!!
